Vision:

AKASHA Hub launches projects as Labs. The Lab element is important because it carries out the investigative aspect of the project, which is a mindset not a process. The mindset of any investigation is that it celebrates the process of discovering, experimenting and sharing this knowledge by working in teams to find solutions and thus open for any input from anyone in the community.

Objectives:

Create a standard of workflow and internal and external relation with and between teams of the projects. Educate and involve new team members in the tools used to manage projects. Safeguard the specific needs of each project, and optimise/provide/construct structure accordingly. Make sure projects and people involved are aligned with the core values.

Structure of Labs - Value exchange relationship

Global knowledge and local action, maintain decentralised structures in decision making processes and connect the communities. AKASHA Hub is not just focused on the action, it thinks about how everything interrelates.

Labs initially follow/expand on the Circles of the overall sociocratic structure of governance as a fractal extension of the community. If another structure is needed when a business model is defined this is the first step to be an independent project.

Within the Space of AKASHA Hub Barcelona Labs are part of:

• Physical space for meetings in the beginning stage of the project.
• Connecting the people from the Global - Local Network in shape of events.
• Facilitation in shaping the objectives and decision making structure of the group.
• And depending on the business model of the project can provide resources in shape of salaries.

The Objective of these Labs is that the project is developed to be self-sufficient. In organisation and economy/value exchange. The Lab is part of AKASHA Hub Barcelona community. Even if the Project has it's own business model and space, In AKASHA Hub Barcelona the Topics of the project and community around this subject, will still be experimented on, discussed and build. And knowledge exchanged. The expectation of the relation between AKASHA Hub and the Labs is the interchange of knowledge. From this Project Managements Circle one objective is to design a structure and platform for this to happen.
