I think for us as a team its important to acknowledge and observe what are the roles at this moment, and then we see where we want to go and break this process down in steps to be taken. A change in roles that are kind of gotten into a certain dynamic based on interest personal needs and group dynamics takes attention and is worth to value. Because it means that we value each other. Only if we are all comfortable with our role and understand and accept the others we can be an amazingly efficient team.

Lorenzo leads the Hub and started Akasha Hub with his vision, dreams, and inspires us to dream too.

Founding member of the legal registration of Association AKASHA Barcelona.

Founder and as present investor and economic provider of the project, Which naturally perceived as main decision maker of long and short term investments, contracts, hiring of new people and purchase of infrastructure.

Safeguarding the vision of the project and its existence. Securing everything goes according to the vision and long term concept. Energy leader and inspirer of the community, Opener of doors, observer, listener and making people feel amazing.
